How long does it take to complete the artwork design?

Our artists take 24h to complete your artwork in the off season (January-March, July-October) and 2-4 days in the high season (April-June, November-December).

What should I do if I don't receive a preview email?

First, please check your mailbox and Spam folder. It is possible that the email will be classified into Spam. Normally a preview will be sent to you within 24 hours but during our peak seasons it can take up to 3 days.

What if I forget to check my email to approve the preview?

You have 7 days to approve or request edits to your custom royal portrait. Please note that after this deadline, we will consider the portrait approved and we will begin the printing process for shipping.

Can I customize my order to my needs?

I can only make some add-ons like changing of clothing colours, adding wristwatch, crowns or caps/hats, writings on the clothes, earrings, necklaces e.t.c.


I cannot change their angle/look/expression.

How is the art made?

We just take the face from your photo, process it on the computer as if it were painted and place it in the chosen attire.

The resulting picture looks as if it were painted for you from the beginning, but we neither change the face angle nor the facial expression.

Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?

Yes! All customers get to preview their artwork and request any changes before printing. We'll email you once your preview is ready. You have unlimited revisions should you want to change anything and we don't send your order to print until you're 100% satisfied.

How do I upload/send my photo to you?

There are two ways to send us your photos.

1) Upload your photos directly to our website from any Product page during the ordering process. You can upload more than one photo if desired. We offer direct upload from your device or using any services like social networks, online file storage, etc.


2) If you have photos to email to us, the address is contact.royalfeel@gmail.com Please make sure to include your name and order number so we know who the photo belongs to.

What are the requirements for a digital photo?

We require all photos to be clear enough to distinguish details of the face, particularly the eyes, nose and mouth. The better the photo, the better the detail we can see and translate into your artwork

Please follow our photo guidelines:
• Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
• Try to take the photo at eye level with the subject
• The subject(s) don't need to be looking at the camera
• Try to get the photo at approximately arm's length
• Make sure the photo is not blurry
• Make sure no features are out of frame - we can't add them if they aren't in the original photo
• Ensure that the hair color in the photo is not affected by bad lighting. If the hair in the photo is not accurate to real life, the hair in the design won't be either!

Don't worry if you're unsure! Upload the photo anyway, and our team will contact you if we need any other photos.

Can you isolate a subject from a crowd?

Yes, we can crop the photo to work only on the person, pet or object you desire.

What is a Digital File?

The Digital File is an electronic version of your portrait which is, if ordered, sent to you via email. We offer digital portraits as an alternative to canvas prints if the client wants it delivered faster or printed on any other material. Please note that if you order a Digital File, no physical portrait will be delivered to you.

Can you provide portrait in custom canvas size?

Yes, In case you already have a beautiful picture frame, you can ask me to print it at the size of that frame. Please note in the message box the size you want, make sure the size is right.

Will it cost more to make revisions or changes?

No, this is free.

What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices are displayed in your local currency. However, when you checkout, you will be billed in USD. Your bank or service provider will automatically convert your subtotal depending on the current conversion rates.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Can you ship to anywhere in the world?

Absolutely yes – Royalfeel.art knows no borders! Wherever you are in the world, we can ship a portrait to you.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we’ll email one to you. We know how crucial it is for our customers to be informed about their order, so we’ll send it to you as soon as possible.

Once you’ve got your tracking number, your portrait should arrive within a few days.

If you still haven’t received a tracking number within 14 days of your order, please email us.

My tracking number isn't working!

Don't worry, just send us an email and we'll let you know exactly where your parcel is.

My order was returned to the sender. Can you send it back to me, please?

Yes, of course.

However, please be aware that we are unable to offer compensation for late delivery in these circumstances. These situations occur when the shipping address is wrong or incomplete. If this is due to an error on our part, we’ll reimburse you the shipping fee, and then resend the parcel. However, if we were provided with the wrong information at checkout, we cannot offer any reimbursement. We will of course re-ship your order once you’ve provided us with your correct address.

If your order has been returned to sender, all you need to do is contact us to arrange for it to be re-shipped. We’ll ask for a new shipping address, and we might ask for a contact number so we can make sure it reaches you this time.

My order contained multiple products. Will they all arrive at the same time?

In most cases, yes – they’ll all arrive in the same parcel. Occasionally, we’ll finish a portrait a day or two ahead of the others in the order. In this case, we’ll send the completed artwork in a separate parcel.

What if I'm not happy with the artwork?

Once your portrait is ready, you have 3 days to send us your edit requests.
We're proud to offer unlimited revisions free of charge, so you can be confident you'll love the final outcome!

If I change my mind am I able to cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. If more than 24 hours have gone by since you placed the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

My order was damaged when it arrived. What now?

Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll send you a replacement as quickly as we can.

What is our refund policy?

Satisfied customers are what make us the premier custom royal portrait site. Your satisfaction is our top priority & we will do everything to ensure that you love your portrait.

Lost Painting Guarantee
If the painting is lost by the courier shipping agent, we will send you a new artwork at absolutely no charge to you.

Artwork Damage
If your painting arrives damaged, please reach out to us by contacting our customer support. We will print a new canvas for you free of charge.

Modifications
If you are not happy after viewing the preview of the portrait you can ask for revisions - we do unlimited modifications free of charge! Should you decide even after several modifications that you are not happy with the result, we will of course respect your decision. In that case, please write to our customer support so we can reach the best solution for you.

100% Satisfaction
Once you have received the portrait and you are not satisfied with it you may return it to us in the original packaging within 30 days after receiving it to receive a full refund. Please get in touch with us for a return address.
